Great golf...great venue... great people

Golf Ball
Set in the heart of East Anglia lies Brampton Park Golf Club, a wonderful hideaway golf course that’s full of character and prestige. With graceful mature trees, naturally contoured greens and fairways and arious intimidating water features, Brampton Park is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and just escape to a world of great golf.

Set in beautiful parkland Brampton Park enjoys fine views all over East Anglia, and the Cambridgeshire layout has hosted many great tournaments including the PGA East Anglian Open.

The Course
Muntjac deer inhabit the woodlands, Canada Geese and swans glide the tranquil waters of the lakes, and an abundance of differing species of bird life can seen around the stunning 6300 yard par 71 Brampton course.

The Hawtree designed layout definitely requires the use of every club in the bag and it’s certainly worth keeping a level head, as you have to be playing very well to finish with the same ball you started with!

Regarded as one of the best par 4s in the county, the opening hole epitomises what is to come in your round. At 434 yards off the back tees, only a well struck drive to this generous fairway will do, if you are to walk off with a par.

Trees all down the left and a bunker right, catch wayward tee shots and will almost certainly rule out going for the green in two, as this long narrow green is surrounded with water left, right and through the back.
Golf Ball
Club selection is all important when approaching the green as the subtle undulations can make for a tricky two putt if misjudged.

The infamous par 3 fourth sends shivers to any golfer who steps on the tee. Hailed by many as one of the toughest par 3s in Britain this spectacular hole is sure to leave lasting memories. Cut within woodlands the 174 yard hole features a dramatic island green just 25 yards in depth. Your tee shot should be aimed to the left side of the green with the smoothest swing you can make. Brampton Park’s signature hole is a rare golfing test that will enjoyed by all regardless of your score.
